Attracting audiences of over 100,000, the Pops is held every July in the luxury 4,500 all-seated Big Top Arena in the heart of the 2008 European Capital of Culture and one of the world's greatest music cities, Liverpool.

Now into its sixth season, the event has developed into one of the premier pop music festivals in England. The roster of acts since 2001 reads like a who's who of contemporary music, including Bob Dylan, Paul Simon, Elton John, Eric Clapton, Paul Weller, Ray Charles, and dozens more.
