The Maccabees to headline Summer Sundae 2011

Leading the first batch of line-up announcements, the South London quintet will be joined on the main stage by Graham Coxon and Newton Faulkner.

The Bees, Bellowhead, The Cuban Brothers, Wilko Johnson, John Cooper Clarke, CW Stoneking, Raghu Dixit, Mama Rosin, The Black Atlantic and Dizraeli and the Small Gods are all also confirmed to appear.

Up-and-comers Little Comets, Liam Bailey, Benjamin Francis Leftwich and Various Cruelties complete the names announced to play so far.

Summer Sundae Weekender 2011 takes place at De Monfort Hall and Gardens, Leicester on 12 -14 August.

Early Bird Weekend Tickets are priced at £105, and are on sale now, with ticket prices rising on 4 April.
