Eels self-confirm for Glastonbury Festival 2011

Band put Somerset date on their website

The group, known best for tracks like ‘Novocaine for the Soul’ and ‘Susan’s House’, have added the date to their official tour schedule on their website.

The band look set to appear on the Sunday (26 June).

Other self-confirmed acts include The Coral, Noisettes, Elbow, Jessie J, Yuck and Jimmy Cliff.

U2, Coldplay and Beyonce will headline the event with the full line-up announcement expected in the Spring.

Glastonbury Festival 2011 tickets are currently sold out with a very limited number of re-sale tickets expected to go on sale in the spring.
