Motorhead to close Bloodstock Open Air 2011

The legendary outfit, who have sold over 42 million albums worldwide, will bring the event to a close.
Speaking
about their appearance, frontman Lemmy eloquently divulged: “Bloodstock is celebrating 11 years,
Motorhead 36 years - Boys
and girls, come and see, we will rock your fuckin’ ass’. See you at Bloodstock!”
Metal elders
W.A.S.P. have been confirmed as the Friday (12 August)
night headliners. It will be their only UK festival performance in 2011.
Elsewhere, Hammerfall and Poisonblack will perform on the Ronnie James Dio Stage, while
Byfrost, Deadly Circus Fire and Primevil will play the Sophie Stage.
Today’s (Wednesday) additions join a line-up that already boasts Immortal,
Rhapsody Of Fire, Devin Townsend, At The Gates
and many more.
Bloodstock Open Air 2011 tickets are on sale now priced at £105
for the weekend including camping.
