Laura Marling and more added to Camp Bestival

Folk singer-songwriter Laura Marling has been added to Camp Bestival 2011 bill as a special guest on Saturday 30 July.

Event organiser and Radio 1 DJ, Rob da Bank, confirmed the news through his twitter page just before 10am today. He said;

"Uber excited to announce to the Camp Bestival massive that Laura Marling is to join us as very special guest on the saturday. folkin ace."

Labrinth, Gentlemen’s Dub Club, Yasmin, Yaaks, Modestep and Jaguar Skills are also part of the latest wave of acts to be announced for Camp Bestival 2011.

These acts will join Blondie, Mark Ronson & The Business Intl, House Of Pain and ABC for the weekend at Lulworth Castle, Dorset on 29-31 July 2011.

Organisers have also confirmed that campsites will open on the Thursday (28 July).

Camp Bestival tickets are on sale now priced at £170 for an adult weekend ticket (including camping), £160 for a student weekend ticket, £85 for 11-17 year old weekend camping ticket, while under 10s go free but must have a ticket.
