KT Tunstall and Steve Earle have been announced to perform.
As well as enjoying live music, fans
also will be able to get cookery masterclasses and experience the farmers' market.
James said: "We'll
throw open the farm gates for Harvest this September. My family are looking forward to a celebration of all our favourite
things - food, the farm and music. What more could we ask for?"
Blur reformed in 2009 for a series of live performances, including a closing headline performance at Glastonbury Festival 2009.
More information on the participating acts and how to get tickets will be available in the upcoming month.
