Napalm Death, more for Bloodstock Open Air 2011
Nevermore added too, VIP tickets go on sale soon!
Dane Cobain - 26 January 2011
Legendary innovators Napalm Death will return to Bloodstock
for their only UK outdoor appearance of 2011, bringing their politically charged grind to Derbyshire after 30 years of anger.
The band said: “We are really looking forward to playing Bloodstock this year as it’s always a fun day especially seeing as our friends At The Gates are playing who we toured with many years ago.
“It’s going to be our only UK show of 2011 as well and we will play a song or two from our new album so it’s gonna be a seriously heavy day!”
Seattle metallers Nevermore are set to join them on the Sunday, bringing their balance of aggression and progression to the Ronnie James Dio stage.
They join Immortal, Rhapsody Of Fire, Morbid Angel and Coroner on the billing for the festival.
VIP tickets for the event, which provide benefits such as private entrance, hot showers, priority access to the signing tent and a goody bag, will go on sale with the launch of the festival's new website.
Weekend camping tickets are available now at £105.
