Libertines and Buzzcocks to play Love Music Hate Racism

Photographer:Andrew Future
The Libertines, The
Buzzcocks, Eighties Matchbox B-Line Disaster, Miss Black America, The Others and Haven have joined forces to make
a stand against the racism and intolerance which is increasingly prevalent in Britain today.
Drawing on the spirit
of the Rock Against Racism campaign of the late 70s, originally supported by The Clash and
The Buzzcocks, the gig aims to promote unity, bringing together black and white, young and old
to celebrate multiculturalism and to prove that mixing cultures via music is far more fun than suspicion and violence.
Love
Music Hate Racism takes place 16 March at London's Astoria. Tickets are £12.50 each.
