Rock Am Ring and Rock Im Park add more acts

Korn, Social Distortion and Avenged Sevenfold will all play the simultaneous German festivals taking place on 3-5 June.

Rock Am Ring 2011 and Rock Im Park 2011 have already confirmed System Of A Down, Kings Of Leon and Coldplay as headlining acts.

Organisers also revealed 60,000 tickets have already been sold for Rock Am Ring and Rock Im Park in 2011, a large chunk of their total tickets. They remain at presale prices until midnight on the 15 January where they are due to increase to 160 euros.

Rock Am Ring 2011 will take place at Nurburgring, Eifeland, while Rock Im Park 2011 will run at the Zeppelin Field, Nuremburg.

Early bird tickets, priced at 150 euros, are on sale now.
