Melodic indie rockers Kings of Leon are set to headline Denmark's Roskilde Festival 2011, which will take place from 30 June -to3 July.

With half a dozen festival dates already confirmed, 2011 will be a busy year for Kings Of Leon, who are co-headlining with metal legends Iron Maiden.

Roskilde Festival, touted as the Scandinavian equivalent of Glastonbury, attracts 75,000 revellers annually and donates all profits to humanitarian causes.

Roskilde Festival tickets are on sale now priced at DKK 1,725 (approximately EUR 232).

Day tickets are priced at DKK 875 (approximately EUR 117).
