Creamfields wins at UK Festival Awards

Event takes trophy for the second year in a row

Creamfields have walked off with the Best Dance Event prize at this year's UK Festival Awards.

Picking up the gong during a live ceremony at London’s indigO2, it is the second year in a row that organisers have something for the trophy cabinet.

David Guetta and Tiesto headlined the bash over the August Bank Holiday weekend, which was given perfect marks in a review on Virtual Festivals.

Best Major, Best Medium-Sized and Best Small festival awards are to be announced later tonight (Thursday).
