It will be the first UK festival the American rockers have played since V Festival back in 2007.
Speaking about the announcement, John Giddings, the Festival’s promoter, said: “What
band is more fitting to bring back for our tenth birthday than the Foos? They gave it their all in 2006 and have only become
bigger and better since”.
They join a bill that boasts Kings Of Leon as Friday (10 June) headliners, a reformed Pulp on the Saturday and the first UK festival appearance from The British Pink Floyd Show.
Other rumours for the final bill-toppers,
who are set to be revealed tomorrow morning, include Red Hot
Chili Peppers and Kasabian.
