The Tennessee rockers, who have just released their fifth album 'Come Around Sundown', will top the bill on the Friday
(10 June) night.
They join The British Pink Floyd Show who were the first act
to be confirmed for the line-up a few weeks ago.
The music festival, which will celebrate its tenth anniversary
next year, is releasing band names each day this week.
Speaking about the booking, John Giddings,
the Festival promoter, said: "We are proud to bring one of the world's biggest rock bands to the island on our
tenth anniversary. It is an incredible way to start the weekend, I can't wait!"

Festival tickets are set to go on sale on Friday (19 November) morning.
Foo Fighters are also expected to headline the event with Red Hot Chili Peppers still only a rumour.
Ferry tickets from Red
Funnel are on sale. Book now to avoid the rush and the disappointment of not being able to get onto the Island.
