There are already rumours that the band will play Worthy Farm next summer after they announced that they’d
reformed for Wireless Festival (buy tickets here) and Primavera Sound (buy tickets here).
Taking to Twitter, Cocker tweeted: “Glastonbury 2011
Tickets already sold out. And I was really hoping to go. What to do, what to do....”
Internet sites
are already speculating that the message was a tongue-in-cheek comment confirming their appearance, but Glastonbury
Festival organisers are
staying tight-lipped for now.
Coldplay, U2
and Prince have all previously been rumoured to be on the line-up
along with Beyonce, The Libertines, Fatboy Slim and
more.

Tickets are sold out, but Glastonbury
registration has re-opened for those hoping to buy resale passes next Spring.
A limited number of tickets should
go on sale around April or May next year.
National Express have
been unveiled as one of the official coach partners of the Glastonbury Festival.
More festival-goers are travelling
by coach to events because of its green credentials, it saves money on car parking and the coach drops ticket-holders
closer to the campsite than any other mode of transport.
