Tickets for both shows are on sale now.
American indie group The
Drums will perform on 2 November at the O2 Academy with passes available for
£11.50, with Liars tickets priced at
£12 for their only northern show this year at Static Gallery on 13 November.
Mike Deane LMW Director said: “This is the icing on the cake for 2010. It’s a real
sign of how far Liverpool Music Week has come to be able to attract such important contemporary American bands to the city
for this year’s festival. The line up this year is the most cutting edge to date, and we are thrilled with this announcement.”
As
previously announced, Leftfield, Efterklang, Chase & Status, Dan Le Sac Vs Scroobius
Pip, Warpaint,
Hadouken!, Beardyman
and K’naan are all set to perform ticketed shows this year.
!!! have now
been added to the roster of paid-for gigs and they will be the last in the run of shows at The Stanley Theatre,
appearing on 31 October.
Passes for all of the individually priced ticketed shows are on sale
now.
