We Love Homelands 2004 - Latest Line-up announced
United Kingdom | |
10 February 2004
The 17 hour dance-a-thon otherwise known as We Love Homelands 2004 is promising to kick start the summer with an even more eclectic line-up than last year's fusion of dance and Hip Hop.
Festival favourites Faithless will headline a genre-defying Live Arena supported by indie rockers The Music, New York's band-of-the-week Scissor Sisters, and London Elektricity.
A major new addition to the site for 2004 is a designated Hip Hop Arena boasting the talents of amongst others Tim Westwood, Jazzy Jeff and founding father of the genre Grandmaster Flash.
Eight arenas will host the likes of Dizzee Rascal, Mr Scruff, Paul Van Dyk and Roni Size with over 60 acts appearing in all.
We Love Homeland 2004 takes place Saturday 29th May between 1pm and 6am at The Bowl, Matterley Estate, near Winchester, Hants.
