The Charlatans Sign On for Isle of Wight!

Britpops's most famous expat Tim Burgess and his old friends have been confirmed as David Bowie's special guests on Sunday 13th June at this year's Isle of Wight Festival...

The Charlatans have now been confirmed for this year's Isle of Wight Festival, supporting David Bowie on Sunday (13th June). As previously announced The Stereophonics headline the Friday, with The Who on Saturday supported by The Manic Street Preachers.

The band previously appeared at the festival in 2002.

This year's event takes place at Seaclose Park, Newport, Isle of Wight from Friday 11th until Sunday 13th June.

Tickets are now on sale, priced at £75 for the weekend, £35 each day, £15 for camping and £75 for each campervan. Children aged 12 and under cost £37.50 for the weekend and £17.50 for each day.
