The group, who brought a brass section that they dressed up in fox, owl and frog masks, aired the number during a hit filled
tent.
"So the plan worked," said singer Orlando Weeks, "we're at the main stage
at Reading," in the set which included old favourites like 'Precious Time', during which Weeks jumped into
the crowd to high five fans.
"I can't thing of anywhere else I'd rather be than here, now,"
said guitarist Felix White as Weeks interjected, "this us our thank you," as the band played 'Wall
Of Arms'.
Classics 'First Love' and 'X-Ray' got the best response though with the band clearing
enjoying themselves onstage.
The group ended with 'Love You Better'.
"They were brilliant,"
exclaimed Lizzie from Harrogate, "loved it."
Reading Festival 2010 continues with sets from Arcade Fire, The Libertines,
Pendulum and many more.
