Leeds bosses quash GnR cancellation rumours

'As far as we know they're playing,' say organisers

Festival Republic have quashed rumours that Guns N' Roses are to cancel their headline show at Leeds Festival tomorrow (Sunday) night.

The group, who made a rather disappointing UK festival return when they overran curfew and were cut short at Reading, are rumoured to be pulling their performance at the northern leg of the event as a result.

“As far as we know they’re still playing,” press officers told us at Reading Festival.

Virtual Festivals have heard, however, that the group are currently in negotiations to get the show back on track.
