Guilfest 2004 dates announced

Dates for this year's Guilfest have just been announced, and the festival is moving back to its usual spot on the third weekend in July (Friday 16 - Sunday 18 July).

If this year's event is anything like as good as last year's then it will be certainly worth a visit!

If you're looking for a come-down post Glastonbury then you can't get much better than Guilfest. It's clean, friendly and laid back without losing any of the atmostphere and is by far the best festival to take your family to! For the small kids there is a Kid's Zone complete with activities, face painting and such. There are pop acts for the older kids and teenagers (last year's pop treats included Atomic Kitten and Daniel Beddingfield) and 2003 saw parents reliving their youth to Madness, the Stranglers and the Undertones!

Over the range of stages you can expect to see something of everything; old festival favourites, new up and coming acts (last year saw The Darkness take the stage!), dance acts, pop and dj's, as well as a comedy tent for when you just need a break from the music.
