'Swim' gets best reaction in the NME/Radio 1 Tent

American indie band Surfer Blood debuted a new song at Reading Festival 2010.

The group, who said they were relieved that the day has turned out nice, aired 'I'm Not Ready' to a warm reception.

'Swim' got the best reaction in the NME/Radio 1 Tent though as thousands headed into a wet arena for the opening day of the event.

"They were good," said fan Jack from Ipswich, "the new one was okay."

The festival continues with sets from Guns n' Roses, Queens Of The Stone Age and more.
