Axl Roses' Twitter account hacked, say organisers

16 August 2010
As we reported earlier
today (Monday), the Internet was awash with the rumour that the ‘Paradise City’ group had
cancelled all their upcoming shows following a Tweet by Axl Rose.
Now, however, festival bosses
have said that the lead singer’s Twitter account was hacked.
We’ll bring you any more details on this
story as we get them.
The festival is less than two weeks away. Arcade Fire and Blink
182 are the other acts set to headline.

out. If you weren't one of the lucky ones to get a ticket to the festivals then viagogo
have just been announced as the official secondary ticketing partner by organisers Festival Republic who run Reading,
Leeds and Latitude.
The site guarantees the transaction and delivery
of tickets so fans who buy will actually get their tickets, and fans who sell will actually get paid.
