The stage is set to return for 2010 after wowing crowds with incredible creations made from the scrap yard in the last few
years.
Given their own field at Glastonbury, the organisers rocked the party in no uncertain terms with a combination
of cutting edge music, mind boggling bespoke future shock stage constructions and ripping pyrotechnics that provided what
was for anyone who saw it one of the most spectacular night time shows Glastonbury has ever seen.
Arcadia are a
collective of young artists and engineers from the West Country, who are constantly pushing the boundaries on the scene with
their surreal creations.
Growing up in amongst festivals, fields and scrap yards has inspired the desire to build
far out, futuristic structures from industrial and military scrap for the purpose of positive combustion.
We recently
caught up with Pip Rush who creates the Arcadia Spectacular to talk about the process behind
the arena. Click

Arcadia aim to hit harder and faster in 2010 taking there enormous moving hydraulic
machine to the next level with the aid of some gems discovered amongst military, nassa and customs and excise scrap yards.
Expect, as ever, to see Arcadia pushing the realms of traditional pyrotechnics and laser shows to new heights along
side a stonking underground line-up and prepare to be wowed with an abundance of hard hitting dare devil aerial acts swinging
between balls of fire and in combat with real flamethrowers and bolts of electricity.
