Camp Bestival will top off a bumper festival summer for Goulding, who reached number one with her album ‘Lights’
in March of this year. As well as Bestival 2010, she is also scheduled to make appearances at T-In The Park, V-Festival,
Oxegen, Dot to Dot, Beach Break Live, iTunes Festival, the German Rock Am Ring and more.
Tinie Tempah,
the rapper from South-East London who hit the top spot with his single ‘Pass Out’ earlier this year was among
the other names confirmed today, which also include Gameboy wielding producer David E Sugar, trip-hop producers
Zero 7 performing a DJ set and Summer Camp.
Organisers also intend to bring the
classic bedtime tale The Gruffalo back to life on both the Main Stage and Big Top stage with two performances over the weekend.
These additions join such previously confirmed names as Madness, Friendly Fires,
Lee ‘Scratch’ Perry, The Human League, George Clinton and Parliament
Funkadelic, Annie Mac, Mr Scruff and, of course, the man behind the festival,
Rob da Bank.
