Nas and Damian Marley to pair up at Hultsfred

Rappers to collaborate onstage, more Swedish acts added

US rapper Nas and Jamaican reggae star Damian "Jr Gong" Marley will be joining forces at this year's Hultsfred Festival in Sweden in support of their upcoming collaboration album.

'Distant Relatives', which fuses together the pair's respective hip-hop and reggae backgrounds, is due for release on 25 May and features guest appearances from the likes of Lil Wayne, Joss Stone, K’NAAN and Dennis Brown.

Their slot at Hultsfred will be one of several festival appearances this summer.

Swedish acts Hoffmaestro And Chraa, Melissa Horn and Birgit Bidder have also just been added to the bill.

Artists already confirmed for the three-day event include The Hives, Kent, Killswitch Engage, 30 Seconds To Mars, Everlast, Midlake and Wolfmother.

Hultsfred Festival 2010 takes place from 7-9 July at Folkets Park, Hultsfred, Sweden.
