Panda Bear, which is the stage name of Animal Collective
frontman Noah Lennox, will be demonstrating his experimental synthesiser-lead sounds ahead of his fourth
solo album, due for release in September.
Local Natives,
who released their debut album 'Gorilla Manor' earlier in the year, have been treated to a high level of praise since
impressing audiences at last year's SXSW. Their highly-acclaimed vocally orientated style is sure to
win them over many more fans this summer.
Oya Festival
2010 takes place from 10-14 August at Middelalderparken in Oslo, Norway.
Other artists confirmed for the festival include Iggy and the Stooges, Paul Weller,
Pavement, LCD Soundsystem, The Gaslight Anthem, Against Me!,
Converge, M.I.A. and La Roux.
