Vampire Weekend, more for Hurricane, Southside

African-influenced New Yorkers Vampire Weekend are among a host of acts set for Germany's Hurricane and Southside festivals this summer.

Deftones and reformed ska boys The Specials have also been confirmed today (Thursday) alongside Band of Skulls, Bonaparte, Kashmir, Skindred, Timid Tiger, Turbo State, We Are Scientists, Charlie Winston and Zebrahead.

The latest additions join The Prodigy, Massive Attack, Beatsticks, Deichkind, Enter Shikari, Ignite, Katzenjammer, Mando Diao and White Lies, who were announced previously.

Tickets for both events are on sale now priced at 105Euros (plus booking fee).

Southside 2010 will take place at Neuhausen ob Eck, Tuttlingen and Hurricane Festival 2010 will be housed at Eichenring Scheessel. Both will take place from 18-20 June
