Glastonbury grants ticket balance 'grace period'

Fans now have an extra 48 hours to pay remaining balance

Glastonbury Festival organisers have granted a 48 hour 'grace period' for fans to pay off the remainder of their ticket balance.

Festival-goers that put down a deposit on their passes now have until 11.59pm on Tuesday (2 March) to pay off the rest of their ticket.

Festival chiefs will be announcing details of the resale of cancelled tickets soon.

U2, Muse and Stevie Wonder will headline this year's event with many more to be announced in the coming weeks.

Glastonbury Festival 2010 will take place on Worthy Farm, Somerset, from 23-27 June.
