The events, which share the same line-up over the same weekend, will also feature performances from Slayer,
The Hives and Dizzee Rascal.
Them Crooked Vultures, 30
Seconds To Mars, A Day To Remember, Bad Religion, Broilers and
Die Sterne will also appear alongside Ellie Goulding, Hammerfall and Heaven
Shall Burn.
Other bands confirmed today (Friday) include Lamb Of God,
Lazer, Tocotronic, Wolfmother and UVM.
Rammstein, KISS and Muse will headline both events with The Gossip,
Editors and Motorhead also set to perform.
Tickets are already on sale for both
festivals priced at 140EUR for the weekend.

Rock Im Park 2010 will take place at
Nurnberg Zepplelinfeld and Rock Am Ring 2010 will reside at Nurburgring
Eifel from 4-6 June.
