After a huge year of touring in the USA with Metallica and Lamb Of God, the group had originally announced that they would
be taking time off in 2010, to celebrate their 10 year anniversary.
Joe Duplantier, frontman
of Gojira obviously had other ideas. He said: "We're
really looking forward to playing the mighty Bloodstock Festival for the first time! It's a great line-up and we cannot
wait to kick your ass, England!"
Bloodstock 2010 already has an impressive line-up, with Children
Of Bodom and Fear Factory co-headlining the festival, with Obituary, Ross
The Boss and Rage also confirmed.
Organisers have confirmed that there is another special
headliner to be announced very soon.
Tickets are on sale now priced at £99.95 for an adult
weekend camping ticket, £44.95 for a child weekend camping ticket, £30 for a
campervan ticket and £10 for a car parking ticket

Bloodstock Open Air 2010 will take place at Catton Hall, Derbyshire from 13-15
August.
The festival may seem small compared to its larger European contemporaries but it still boasts
two stages of live music, a market, bars, camping, metal DJs, a signing tents as well as the now infamous metal karaoke.
