The Flaming Lips top Green Man Festival 2010

They will headline Saturday night, tickets on sale now

The Wayne Coyne-led group are the first name announced for the event, topping the bill on the Saturday (21 August) night.

Tickets for the festival are on sale now at £120 with prices for students and teenagers. Organisers have also confirmed the return of the ‘Holiday Ticket', which allows festival-goers to extend their stay for a further three-days and make the event a holiday as well as a festival for just an extra £35.

Green Man Festival 2010 will take place at Glanusk Park, Brecon Beacons in Wales from 20-22 August.

The festival will also feature art installations, literature and film tents, Welsh poetry, art and music, ceilidhs, theatre, science, comedy, Nature and Nurture massage area, a daily dusk till dawn bonfire and impromptu jamming sessions

There will also be plenty on offer for families with an extended children’s area which will have more workshops, entertainment and much more.
