Metallica to headline Sonipshere Poland 2010

Slayer, Anthrax, Mastodon, Behemoth will also play

After single-handedly conquering most of Europe with the Sonisphere Festival last year, Metallica are set to headline the Polish edition in 2010.

The rockers will be joined by a heavy line-up of guest that so far includes Slayer, Anthrax, Mastodon and Behemoth.

It is the first time that the festival has taken place in the country and it is due to take place in the UK, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Bulgaria, Greece, Romania, Turkey, Spain, Finland and Sweden in 2010.

Sonipshere Poland tickets will go on sale tomorrow (Thursday 11 December) at 10am.

Sonisphere (Poland) 2010 will take place at Lotnisko Bemowo, Warsaw on 16 June.
