UK Festival Awards: voting opens Wednesday

Decide the best festivals, bands and songs of the summer

The ballots will open again for you to decide the best festivals, bands and songs of the summer.

This year there will be 21 categories in total spanning everything from 'Best Headline Performance', 'Anthem Of The Summer' and 'Virtual Festival’s Critic’s Choice Award'.

Plus, there are a plethora of gongs for the people who make the UK festival industry tick, such as 'A Greener Festival', ‘Promoter Of The Year’ and even 'Best Toilets'.

But the ones everyone wants are the big four: 'Best Major Festival', 'Best Medium Sized Festival', 'Best Small Festival' and 'Best Overseas Festival'.

You can vote in as many categories as you want, depending how many you've been to and which ones are relevant to you.

And by entering, you can enter our competition to win two tickets to every award winning festival in 2009 - that could total more than 10!
