Richard Thompson pulls out of Beautiful Days

Seth Lakeman replaces singer in The Big Top

With just one day to go, Richard Thompson has had to cancel his appearance at Beautiful Days.

The singer songwriter is unable to play due to a broken finger, but Seth Lakeman has stepped in to replace him.

Beautiful Days 2009 will take place at Escot Park, Devon from 21-23 August.

All the tickets to the festival have sold out.

The Sunday night fancy dress theme will be ‘Flower Power’, so, if you’re going, think retro, psychedelic, hippie and, of course, floral outfits.
