Road To V Winners Revealed: Underline The Sky

Underline the Sky from Ipswich and The Last Republic from Swansea have triumphed in this year's Road To V competition.

The victorious unsigned acts will open this year's V Festival in Staffordshire and Chelmsford on 22nd and 23rd August, sharing the bill with Oasis, The Killers and Snow Patrol.

This year’s mentors, Just Jack and The Charlatans, whittled the ten semi-finalists down to the final six, with the winning vote decided by the public.

Both bands were recognised for their performances at Brighton’s The Great Escape festival where they opened for The Charlatans and Just Jack.
