Added to the bill are young-guns Bombay Bicycle Club, Leeds alt-rockers Pulled Apart By Horses, as well as Blackhole and Panico.

Also announced are the first names for the Clash Magazine Stage, which will feature performances from the critically-acclaimed Wild Beasts, psych-rockers Ipso Facto as well as Tubelord, Shrag and Sunderbans.

And the new additions don't stop there. Joining the already-confirmed Krautrock legend Damo Suzuki on the Loud & Quiet stage are Teen Sheikhs, Mazes, Cold Pumas and Male Bonding, with another huge announcement said to be imminent.

Other fresh attractions include a large indoor vintage market and a camper van area curated by London promoters Top Nice, featuring DJ sets from Daniel Savio, Paul B Davis, Complexxion and David Freedom and hosted by Louis Enchanté, Hampus Time DJ and Orbid-Sill.

Offset Festival 2009 takes place from 5-6 September at Hainault Forest Country Park in Redbridge, right towards the end of the London Underground Central Line.

Announced already are The Horrors, The Slits, A Certain Ratio, The Futureheads, Future of the Left and many more.

Offset Festival tickets are priced at £45 for the weekend or £55 with camping.
