After wowing Glasto, Arcadia heads to Glade Festival
United Kingdom | 06 July 2009
After wowing thousands of fans at Glastonbury, the post-apocalyptic arena Arcadia is set to do the same at Glade Festival.
Centred around a flame-throwing rocket tower, the area will feature DJs spinning cutting edge music, bespoke future shock stage constructions and plenty of pyrotechnics.
"We are well chuffed to have the Arcadia posse again at Glade Festival this year" said Glade Festival director Nick Ladd, "I have been to Burning Man festival in the Nevada desert many times and believe me the work Arcadia are currently putting out is on a par with anything I have seen out there - it's world class."
Underworld, Squarepusher and Booka Shade are set to headline Glade Festival 2009 which is set to take place at the Matterley Bowl, Winchester, Hampshire from 16 – 19 July.
