According to the band's management frontman Jamie Reynolds has come down with a throat infection that will put him out of singing action for five days, on doctors orders.
The band were due to headline the festival's main stage
on the Friday night (12 June) and will get back on the road next week, taking in a
host of other European festivals in the process.
Unable to find a last minute replacement on such short notice,
organisers have bumped Sasha, an apt bill topper himself, up to top spot. Royksopp are set to headline on
the Saturday (13 June).
Despite the loss, Hartera, which
is dubbed 'Croatia's best kept secret', is still set to rock the disused Hartera Paper Factory
in Rijeka from tomorrow until the early hours of Sunday.
The venue, one of Europe's most
ecclectic, is set to welcome the likes of Adam Freeland, Boys Noize and Laibaich as well
as Simian Mobile Disco and Alex Metric for two nights of Balkan mayhem across three stages.
During the day punters will be able to sample to delights of the Croatian coast and sooth those post-party aches with a dip in the Mediterranean before gearing up for the evening's indoor and outdoor shenanigans.

Festival 2009.
