The reggae festival, which was set up in memory of Bob Marley’s One Love concert will now take place at Pestalozzi
International Village Trust, Sedlecombe in East Sussex.
The news of the new site, which is just 20 minutes
from the old one, comes as organisers confirm that they’ve have teamed up with the Pestalozzi International
Village Trust Charity as well.
The charity understand that the problems of the Third World are expanding
at a greater rate than their population and they believe that education is the key to a better future. They give selected
young people an opportunity to receive a British education and practical training, so when they return home the knowledge
and experience they gain will give them the opportunity to contribute to the development of their countries when they return.
One Love Festival 2009 will
take place from 21-23 August with the likes of Adrian Sherwood And Brother Culture, Dub
Pistols Sound System, David Rodigan and many more already booked to play.
Weekend camping
tickets are on sale now for just £70, with organisers also announcing a special credit crunch deal
which will get two adults and two children weekend passes for just £150.
