Back in town - Thin Lizzy for Wacken

The four piece, famed for such classics as 'Whiskey In The Jar' and 'The Boys Are Back In Town', are to be joined at the mother of all metal fests by German favourites BossHoss and US prog-metallers Coheed & Cambria.

The three are set to play alongside the usual mix of metal legends at the German bash, which this year includes In Flames, Machine Head and Napalm Death.

Motorhead, Lacuna Coil, Dragonforce and many more are down for the extravaganza of riffs and blast beats which takes place in the town of Wacken, Germany from 30 July - 1 August.
