Grace Jones heads up Summer Series

Lily Allen, Pendulum and more for Somerset House

80's diva Grace Jones heads up the first names for this year's Somerset House Series.

The ‘Island Life’ star will open the festival on 9 July before Lily Allen performs two days later (11 July).

Drum n bass boys Pendulum have also been confirmed (15 July), while The Ting Tings (14 July) and Athlete (17 July) are also set to appear.

Tickets go on sale this Thursday (23 April) at the following prices:

Grace Jones - £45
Lily Allen, Pendulum - £27.50 each
Athlete - £25
The Ting Tings - £22.50

The full line-up is announced on 29 April.

Summer Series 2009 will take place at Somerset House, central London from 9-18 July.
