Romanian fest pulled after AC/DC fiasco

Band weren't booked say management, refunds available

Bucharest Rock Arena festival in Romania has been cancelled after AC/DC's management confirmed that the band were never set to perform, despite organisers advertising their appearance.

Festival bosses announced that ‘Back In Black’ rockers were booked to headline the two-day festival with tickets already being sold online and in Bucharest.

However AC/DC issued a press release stating that the group will not be appearing at the event, which has led the event being pulled.

Organisers One Event have said that refunds will be made available.
