Femi Kuti heads up Standon Calling line-up

Crooner Tony Christie, Ladytron and Sun Ra Arkestra have also been confirmed for the three-day festival alongside The Whip, Easy Star All Stars and Ed Harcourt.
Chrome Hoof, Micachu And The Shapes and Eddy Temple Morris have also been confirmed today along with legendary DJ Dave Haslam, Son Of Dave, Paloma Faith and We Have Band.
Other confirmations include Dent May And His Magnificent Ukulele, Casiokids, The Invisible, Selfish Cunt, Chew Lips, Josh Weller and A Human.
Pulled Apart By Horses, Delirium Tremens, First Aid Kit, Your Twenties and Citadels complete the first slew of acts confirmed for the event, which won the Best Innovation Award at the UK Festival Awards in 2008 for its underwater rave.
Tickets are already on sale priced at £89 for a weekend camping pass, with £2.50 per ticket going to the charity Phoenix Futures, a charity who support victims of drug and alcohol abuse across the UK.

Standon Calling 2009 will take place at a secret venue near Standon from 31 July to 2 August.
This year organisers have made the event space themed with NASA space camps, tethered hot air balloons, the annual fancy dress competition and Galileo’s Space Observatory making it feel like you’re Neil Armstrong.
The festival will also include secret areas, cutting edge music, spoken word performances, art installations, interactive theatre, swimming pool - with underwater dance area - boutique camping and a children's area.
