Basement Jaxx to play live at IMS
Richie Hawtin, Pete Tong and more line-up

The flabuoyant dance heavy-weights have been lined up for the event which is set to close three days of forums, conferences and musical debate surrounding the electronic genres.
Felix and Simon, the two beating hearts that form the duo, had this to say about the appointment: "We're delighted to have been asked to close the Grand Finale of the International Music Summit 2009 inside the castle at the top of the old town of Ibiza. To play such a spectacular and intimate venue on the island where we've had so many good times was a temptation we couldn't turn down. What a brilliant way to kick off summer 2009!"
Filthy Dukes are also down to play at the finale, which will be open to 700 members of the public, alongside DJ Richie Hawtin and BBC Radio 1 favourites Pete Tong and Rob da Bank, who has already mentioned the event in his exclusive blog for Virtual Festival.

The Gran Finale will take place in the Ibiza's Dalt Vila, Spain, a UNESCO World Heritage Site on the 29 May.

A number of iconic speakers from events such as Creamfields and Sonar will join leading brands throughout the three days with the goal of re-setting the agenda for electronic music culture.
Could this be the dawn of a new dance revolution?
