Lost Prophets for Reading and Leeds bill

Welsh rockers to headline Radio 1/NME stage

Lost Prophets are the latest name to be confirmed for this year's Reading and Leeds Festivals.

The Welsh rockers will headline the Radio 1/NME stage on Saturday (29 August) in Leeds and Sunday (30 August) in Reading joining the The Gossip and Glasvegas who will also top the bill in the tent.

Radiohead, Arctic Monkeys and Kings Of Leon will headline the shared line-up, dual site festival with Kaiser Chiefs, Placebo, Fall Out Boy and more also confirmed.

Reading Festival 2009 will take place at Little Johns Farm, Reading, while Leeds Festival 2009 is set to be held at Branham Park, Leeds from 28-30 August.

Weekend tickets have sold out for both events.
