Grace Jones joins Rock Werchter line-up

Diva to hit Pyramid Marquee on the Saturday

Grace Jones is the latest name to be added to the mighty Rock Werchter line-up.

The pop diva is set to perform on the Pyramid Marquee on Sunday, joining the likes of Rorksopp and The Flaming Lips.

The four day festival is set to be headlined by The Prodigy, Coldplay, Metallica and 2ManyDJs who have become near-residents in Werchter.

The festival’s line-up is still taking shape but already includes a number of heavyweight artists such Oasis, Kings of Leon, The Killers and Nine Inch Nails. Also set to feature are Placebo, Lily Allen, Elbow and many many more.

Rock Werchter 2009 will take place just outside the small village of Werchter, Belgium from 2 – 5 July.

Single tickets are on sale for €75 with full weekend passes going for €169. Separate camping tickets are available for €17.
