The Zutons head up Cambridge Folk Festival

Lucinda Williams, The Saw Doctors and Booker T. Jones have also been confirmed as well
as Bellowhead, Cara Dillon, Blazin’ Fiddles and the recently reformed
Edward II.
Alela Diane, Imelda May, Lau and
Adrian Edmondson And The Bad Shepherds will also appear at the three-day festival along with Hot
Club Of Cowtown, The Demon Barbers and The Shee.
Cambridge Folk Festival 2009 will take place at Cherry Hinton Hall,
Cambridge from 30 July to 1 August.
Tickets go on sale 17 May.
As well as big names the festival will have plenty of unknown, emerging and original talent on show as well as craft,
music and instrument stalls, campsite entertainment and a food selection as varied as the line-up.
A dedicated
children's area is devoted to keeping them little ones amused and the spectator interaction is encouraged with festival-goers
allowed to create their own music in the bar and campsite session.
