The quartet are to be joined at the legendary Dutch event by The
Prodigy who extend their European Festival tour even further.
Also announced today were Swedish metallers
Opeth, who are set to lead the heavier side of the action, alongside
dubstepper Rusko.
The likes of Arctic Monkeys and Basement Jaxx
were previously confirmed among the headliners on a bill that also boasts Boys Noize, Croookers
and many more.

Festival 2009 line-up.
Lowlands will take place in Biddinguizen, The Netherlands,
from 21 – 23 August.
Festival passes for the festival are now available from €150
(+ service charge). Those seeking extra thrills can also grab a combi ticket with access to the Walibi World theme
