The German duo are set for the Best Dance Festival along with Squarepusher, Mutant Clan AKA Timo Mass And Santos, techno god Dave Clarke, Freeland and Juan Atkins, who will play on a UK festival exclusive.

Other names confirmed today include Plump DJs, Krafty Kuts, Venetian Snares, Japanese Popstars and dubstep king Rusko as well as The Qemists, Digital Mystikz and Kid 606.

As predicted on Virtual Festivals, Finley Quaye is set to perform as organisers extend into world music as well as dance. The legendary Femi Kuti And The Positive Force have also been added to the line-up alongside Nitin Sawhney, Los Albertos and Orchestra Del Sol.

Organisers have also announced that Atomic Drop, Antix, Rennie Pilgrim And MC Chickaboo will also play the festival along with Tristan, Perfect Stranger, Paul Taylor and The Bays who will feature Beardyman during their set.

Kasey Taylor, Lucas, Earthling and Chromatone are among the latest festival additions alongside Sensient, Dick Trevor, Spoonbill, ISHQ, Waterjuice and a live performance from Kuba.

One of the hottest producers around Toddla T will also play the festival, which has just moved to a secret location near Winchester, as well as DJ Zinc, Deekline And Wizard, Jay Cunning, Vent, Stereo:Type and The Egg.

Tragic Roundabout, Gadjo, The Correspondence, Jim Masters and Duran Duran Duran will also play this year's Glade, joining headliners Underworld, who will play on an UK festival exclusive.

Glade Festival 2009 is set to take place from 16-19 July with tickets already on sale priced at £125 for a weekend pass.

The £100 student ticket offer has been extended until the end of March due to a good early response.

The festival will also feature mind bending site art from Nevada's Burning Man Festival, the scrap yard regeneration creations of the Mutoid Waste Company and the twisted cabaret of the Interstella Circus.
 
Another new area for the festival is the Avalon Field, which organisers describe as "a festival within a festival". The arena will have music, art and all forms of expression, born out of the 60s psychedelic scene.

Glade chiefs have also said that the 2009 event will have a look and feel of Mad Max meets Alice In Wonderland with 3D surreal installations and otherworldly spaces.
