The Ting Tings revealed for Beat Day

British festival favourites the Ting Tings are one of the latest names confirmed for Beatday Festival this summer.

The duo will were announced alongside indie-rock charmer Jenny Lewis for the Danish event which will also welcome the Arctic Monkeys, Basement Jaxx and Mew.

Band of Horses, Oh No Ono and Lykke Li were also previously confirmed as were Efterklang and Choir of Young Believers. More names are set to be realesed over the next few days.

Beatday 2009 will take place in Copenhagen's Valby Park from 14 - 15 August.

Early bird festival passes are set to go on sale on 2 March. They will be priced at 700DKK until April 30 at which point the price will be hiked up to 900DKK so get there quick!
